You can arrange a safety deposit box rental in person at our branch or online. If you set up the account online, you will pick up the keys and security card from us during your first visit. You sign the necessary documents, we show you how it works, and that's the end of the process. Further visits are entirely up to you.

we're always open
The safety deposit box dispensing system is fully robotic, so you can come absolutely any time. The SafeBoxes branch is located in Brno at Londýnské náměstí, reachable by car directly from the motorway or comfortably by public transport. The vault runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Only you have access
Every box is protected by a combination of security features owned and known only by its user. You identify yourself with a card to enter the dispensing room. Inside, you enter your PIN and fingerprint on the terminal and unlock the box with a key. Continuous supervision is provided by the remote SMS monitoring service. Whenever someone handles your box, you receive a system notification.
Guarded by security and the Czech Police
The system meets the most demanding security requirements and is also connected to the centralized protection desk of the Czech Police. You can also rely on the presence of physical security on site continuously at every hour of the day and night.
A box no one knows about
Storing property in a bank vault is not truly anonymous. Banks are obliged to report to the Czech National Bank (ČNB) register, which is accessed by bailiffs and the police. If you rent a safety deposit box at a bank, everyone will know about it. At SafeBoxes, however, you remain anonymous, because the reporting obligation does not apply to us. We do not provide information about box owners to anyone.
